All Jay & Ava products are backed by a 6-months manufacturer warranty. If you experience any quality issues (outside of normal wear and tear) related to the construction of the product within 15 days from the time of purchase, we will issue a full refund or credit. You will not be responsible for the return shipping cost on damaged/defective items.

- Your order number and date of purchase
- A picture of the damaged portion of your product(s)
- Any additional details about the defect
